摘要
遥控氦气飞艇是高压输电线路架线施工中的一种新型跨越工具,飞艇放引绳技术主要是由飞艇技术、遥控操作技术、施放引绳技术以及后续工序施工技术等几部分组成。其中,遥控操作人员的操控技术和工作经验至关重要。飞艇施放放线引绳的方式有展放和牵放2种。展放,是按所需架设线路长度将一级引绳全部缠绕在遥控飞艇携带的放线机构上,飞艇起飞后在开始放线的起点上空悬停并通过遥控放线器抛下挂有重物的绳头,然后边飞行边放出引绳,直至到达终点后将余绳一次全部抛下,完成一段线路的一级引绳展放。牵放,是目前最常用的方式,即放线绳盘置于地面,飞艇上只携带轻质柔性引绳的绳头,由操作手遥控飞艇牵引绳头使这根引绳依次落到每一基铁塔的塔顶,飞到终点后抛绳返航。应用飞艇架线,可以减少对树木的砍伐,保护环境,降低架线成本,提高架线的机械化水平和效率。
Remote controlled helium airship is a new tool for HV transmission line stringing construction. Using airship to deploy stringing cables mainly consists of several technologies, including airship, remote control skills, stringing cable deployment technique, and following construction procedures, etc. Among them, remote control operator's skill and working experiences are most important. There are 2 types of deploying stringing cables by airship, namely are unwinding and pulling. For the unwinding technique, stringing cable with length equal to the line is winded onto the deploying mechanism. After takeoff, the airship hovers above the starting point and throws down one end of the cable through remote controlled releaser mechanism. Then, it unwinds stringing cable while flying until finishing point is reached and all the remaining cable is thrown down at once finishing deployment within one section. However, pulling technique is most commonly used, which carries only light and flexible leading rope on the airship and leaves roller on the ground. The airship guided remotely by operator pulls the leading rope onto the top of each tower in turn until finish point is reached before throwing the leading rope and returning. Stringing using airship has many advantages, such as less forestry cutting, environmental friendly, reducing stringing cost, improving stringing mechanization and efficiency.
