摘要
华电潍坊发电有限公司3号炉是国内第1台燃用贫煤,采用四角切圆直流燃烧器的670WM超临界机组锅炉。该炉利用美国阿尔斯通公司的技术,采用简单疏水式的启动系统、煤粉浓淡分离、低NOx同轴燃烧系统,具有很好的不投油、低负荷、稳燃能力和锅炉燃烧效率,在降低炉膛出口烟温偏差方面具有独特的调节手段和效果。重点介绍了该锅炉冷态动力场试验、蒸汽稳压吹管、制粉系统调试、燃烧特性等试运的情况,以及设备存在的主要问题和改进建议。
The No. 3 boiler of Weifang Power Plant, China Huadian Corp., is the first 670 MW SC unit boiler in China burning lean coal and using once-through burner. Using Alstom's technology, it is equipped with simple drainage startup system, and low NOx coaxial combustion system with separated dense and thin pulverized coal, resulting in stable combustion under low load without oil and high boiler combustion efficiency. It has unique means to reduce furnace flue gas temperature deviation. This paper emphases on boiler cold state dynamic test, steam pressure regulator blowpipe, pulverizing system test, and combustion characters, etc., and points out major problems of the devices as well as improvement recommendations.
