慢性鼻窦炎术后中药辅助治疗的临床基础研究

Therapeutic Effect of Bi-yuan-shu Liquid on Patients with Chronic Nasal Sinusitis After Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术后应用鼻渊舒口服液作为辅助治疗,对临床症状及术腔黏膜预后的影响。方法:120例实施鼻内窥镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者,按照随机原则方法分为对照组56例,治疗组64例;对照组术后应用抗生素及类固醇治疗,实验组应用抗生素、类固醇,并辅助鼻渊舒口服液治疗。观察患者的临床症状及术腔黏膜的改善情况,对比两组病例疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为84.4%高于对照组71.4%;治疗组症状消失率高于对照组,治疗组比对照组在黏膜水肿消褪、囊泡、肉芽消失、上皮化方面治疗时间短,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术后辅助药物治疗可提高手术疗效,减轻临床症状,缩短愈合时间;鼻渊舒口服液可作为鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术后辅助治疗药物,具有良好疗效。

Objective： To investigate the adjunctive therapeutic effect of the Bi Yuan Shu Liquid on the patients with chronic nasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery. Method： 120 cases with chronic nasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into treating group and controlling group. 56 cases for controlling group were treated with antibiotics, steroid; 64casesfor treating gvoup were treated with antibiotics, steroid and Bi Yuan Shu Liquid. The clinical symptoms and mucous of the nasal cavity after endoscopic sinus surgery were observed. Result： The cure rate in treating group 84. 4 % was higher than that of in controlling group71. 4% ; the disappear rate of clinical symptoms in treating group was higher than that of in controlling group ; and the duration of edema , cyst and epithelization ill treating group was shorter than that of in controlling group, the difference was significant （ 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Adjunctivc medical therapy may have an effect on the patients with chronic nasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery; Bi Yuan Shu Liquid has a good therapeutic effect as adjunctive medicine after endoscopic sinus surgery.
