持续高血糖对大鼠多焦视网膜电图影响的研究

摘要 目的:观察链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠在造模后6个月内的多焦视网膜电图变化情况,研究持续高血糖对大鼠视功能的损害。方法:SD大鼠采用STZ腹腔注射制作糖尿病大鼠模型。选取造模成功20只大鼠,在造模前和造模后1周、2周、1—6月分别进行多焦视网膜电图记录评价。结果:随着高血糖状态的持续mfERG的N1波和P1波峰潜时有延长的趋势;而N1波和P1波的振幅随着高血糖状态持续而降低,其中P1波的反应密度变化明显。结论:STZ糖尿病大鼠在两周即可出现视功能的损害,并随着高血糖状态的持续而不断加重。 Objective: To observe the variance of mfERG in the follow up six month after elevate the rats blood glucose by injecting streptozotocin (STZ), to study the effect of persistence hyperglycosemia on the vision function. Methods: Thirty SD rats, Twenty of which were made DM model by STZ peritoneal injection. The others were feed as normal. The rats were recorded mfERG before peritoneal injection and follow six month. Results: As the hyperglycaemia went on, the peak latency of N1 and P1 prolonged, and the amplitude of N1 and P1 got down. The amplitude of P1 got down obviously ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: After the blood glucose rised two weeks, the diabetes rat induced by STZ get the vision function danamge, and the vision got worse as the hyperglycaemia going on.
