异功化瘤颗粒对小鼠肉瘤S_(180)(实体型)的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effects on Yi-gong Hua-liu Granule on Sarcoma_(180) in Mice

目的:观察异功化瘤颗粒对小鼠肉瘤S180(实体型)的抑制作用,并与标准化疗药比较,了解其药效学特点,为临床应用提供药理学依据。方法:荷S180肉瘤的昆明种小鼠分为5-FU组,异功化瘤颗粒大、中、小剂量组与空白对照组一起,通过检测各组小鼠体重、瘤重变化和抑瘤率观察异功化瘤颗粒对S180肉瘤的治疗作用。结果:各组小鼠体重均增加,异功化瘤颗粒大剂量组(21.6g/kg)、中剂量组(10.8g/kg)和5-FU组的抑瘤率分别为52.3%、37.9%和60.1%(P<0.05)。结论:异功化瘤颗粒大剂量21.06g/kg及中剂量10.8g/kg对S180肉瘤均有明显抑制作用。

Objective： To explore the effect on Yi -gong Hua- liu Granule on sarcoma 180 （S180） in vivo. Methods： The mice were infected by S180 and then randomly divided into 5 groups which treated with Yi - gong Hua -liu Granule21.6g/kg （group 1 ）, Yi - gong Hua - liu Granulel0.8g/kg （group 2）, Yi - gong Hua - liu Granule5.4g/kg （group 3）, 5 - FU 25mg/kg （ group 4） and N. S. （ group 5 ） respectively. The tumor weight and body weight were measured and the inhibiting tumor rate were tested. Results： The inhibiting tumor rate of group 1 , group 2 and group 4 were 52. 3%, 37.9%, and 60. 1% （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The dose of Yi - gong Hua -liu Granule which used in group 1 and group 2 are apparently effective on sarcoma 180.
