Oil Well Drilling Leakage Causation and Countermeasure Analyses in Northern Shaanxi

陕北油区钻井施工井内漏水原因,可归结为地层和施工工艺不当两方面。地层因素可分为洞穴型、裂隙型、渗透型;施工工艺不当可分为表层套管下入位置不当、表层套管质量不合格及联接不牢、固井工艺不当、司钻操作不当。针对不同漏水原因,提出了相应的防漏措施或处理漏水的方法,如准确计算套管下入位置,查验套管焊接质量、调整冲洗液密度以及堵漏材料的合理使用等。

The causations of drilling well leakage in northern Shaanxi oil-bearing area can be come down to two kinds of strata reasons and improper construction technologies. Strata reasons have caving, fracturing and permeable types; improper construction technologies have-improper shallow part casing lowering location, quality and jointing, cementing technology, driller operation. Aimed at different causations, corresponding leakage prevention measures or processing methods put forward, such as estimating casing lowering location with accuracy, examining casing welding quality, adjusting flushing fluid density and rational usage of leak stopping material etc.
