摘要
利用正交实验法对日立Z-5000型原子吸收分光光度计在测定银时所采用的最佳仪器工作条件进行分析,确定了最佳仪器工件条件为灯电流8mA,乙炔流量2.0L/min,空气压力160KPa,狭缝宽度1.3nm,燃烧器高度5mm、积分时间2s,得出燃烧器高度为影响仪器测定的主要因素,指导了生产实践。
This text make use of an experiment method to the Z -5000 atom Absorb Spectrophotometer while mensurate silver adopt of the best instrument work condition carried on analysis, making sure the best instrument work condition : the lamp current 8 mA, fuel flow 2.0 L/min, the oxidant 160 KPa, the slit width 1.3 nm, the burner height 5mm, the measurement time 2s. The main factor of the instrument measurement is the burner height. We have using it in fact.
