摘要
应用HCVC33c单克隆抗体和免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化酶连结法(SP法)对23例丙型肝炎患者尸解的胰、肝组织进行了丙型肝炎病毒检测,其中胰腺5例阳性(21.7%),肝组织14例阳性(60.9%)。HCVAg染色颗粒均见于细胞浆内,胰腺组织中的HCVAg阳性细胞呈单个或簇状弥散分布,同时还在部分胰岛及导管上皮细胞内可见阳性表达。进而用地高辛素标记的HCVcDNA探针,对其中9例做了原位杂交检测,胰腺中检测出3例阳性,肝脏5例阳性,均为免疫组化检测阳性的病例。本结果为HCV存在肝外的胰腺组织中提供了重要的形态学资料。
Autopsy pancreas and liver samples from 23 patients with hepatitis C virus infection were detected for HCVAg by using monoclonal antibody of HCV C33c and streptavidin peroxdase conjugated method.The positive rates of pancreas and liver tissues were 21.7%and 60.9%,respectively.The HCVAg granules were found in cytoplasm of pancreas acinar cells,some tubular epithelium and islet cells.HCVAg positive acinar cells were distributed in single or clusters form over the pancreatic tissue.Of the 9 cases studied with in situ hybridization,HCV RNA was seen clearly in the cells of the pancreas in 3 cases and liver in 5 cases and all of them were positive for immunohistochemistry.The results of this study might contribute to the morphological existence of HCV in pancreas.
