摘要
目的利用芯片技术,建立结核LAM,16-kDa,38-kDa蛋白芯片检测结核分枝杆菌的方法,以期为结核与肺外结核的早期诊断提供参考。方法采用CCD原理结合视频采集方法,应用结核蛋白膜芯片进行1623例检测。结果LAM,16-kDa,38-kDa蛋白芯片联合检测住院病人阳性率53.2%(396/744);门诊病人30.0%(264/879)。结论结核多种抗原的蛋白芯片检测系统联合运用三种抗原联合检测对结核病的诊治有积极的意义。
Objective Using the biochip technique to found a proteinchip detect method of mycobacterium tuberculosis,to provide references to the early diagnosis of tuberculosis and outer-pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Using the CCD theory combining the video collection technique,detected 1623 persons by the tuberculoprotein chip. Results The detection rate of the three LAM,16-kDa and 38-kDa criterion was 53.2%(396/744) or 30. 0% (264/879). Conclusion Through the combinative application of tuberculosis multiantigen, the detection sensibility is raised and the detection specificity is retained. This detection method has positive sense to the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
