正交设计优化桦褐孔菌多糖的水提取工艺 被引量:7

摘要 目的优化桦褐孔菌多糖的水提取工艺。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量进而计算多糖提取率为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验优化水提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为固液比10,提取时间3h,提取次数1次,提取率为0.9023%。结论优化的桦褐孔菌多糖水提取工艺稳定、合理可行。 Objective To optimize the extracting technology from Inonotus Obliquus with water. Methods L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment was conducted, with the extraction rate of polysaccharides as indicator, to optimize the extracting technology. The extraction rate was from polysaccharides content which was determined with Phenol - sulfuric method. Results The optimum extracting technology was 10 times of water decocting for 3h and 1 time. And the polysaccharides yield was 0. 9023%. Conclusion The optimum extracting technology is stable, reasonable and feasible.
