3M预成冠用于修复乳磨牙缺损的临床研究

Clinical Study of 3M Preformed Crowns to Primary Teeth

目的观察对比3M预成冠用于修复乳磨牙缺损的临床疗效。方法选择56例5～8岁双侧同名乳磨牙颌面龋损的儿童，左侧为实验组，备牙后3M预成冠修复，右侧对照组，银汞常规备洞充填。结果实验组成功53例，失败3例，临床成功率为96．64％，对照组成功40例，失败16例，临床成功率为71．43％，两组对比疗效有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论3M预成冠用于修复乳磨牙牙体缺损可有效防止继发龋及充填体脱落，可推广使用。

Objective To compare the result of 3M preformed crowns and Amalgam restoration of primary molars and to evaluate the clinical effect. Methods Fifty - six children who suffered primary molar caries in both sides, left side （ growpl ） was restoration of 3M preformed crown and the other side （group 2）was restoration of Amalgam. Results Group 1：53 teeth were success ,3 were failure. The clinical success rate was 96.6d%. Group 2：40 were success and 16 were failure. The clinical success rate were 71. 43%. 3M preformed crown was significantly more effective than Amalgam （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion 3M preformed crown can be used for restoration of dentin defect of primary molar.
