摘要
用酶、免疫组织化学染色法,半薄、超薄切片光、电镜观察和淋巴管间接注射法等多种技术研究了兔和Wistar大鼠肝的起始淋巴管(毛细淋巴管),以明确肝起始淋巴管的分布和形态特征,并测量了有关数据,为研究肝淋巴生成机理提供必要的依据。结果发现,肝起始淋巴管仅存在于较大的门管区结缔组织内,而肝小叶内无起始淋巴管。起始淋巴管在门管区的出现率约为25%;其最大平均直径兔为22.6μm,鼠为27.6μm;平均横截面积兔为232.4μm2,鼠为268.8μm2。起始淋巴管的数密度兔为2.9个/mm2,鼠为2.2个/mm2;体密度兔为0.00098,鼠为0.0014。出现起始淋巴管的门管区最小面积兔为3.9mm2,鼠为2.8mm2。在兔和鼠肝的被膜内均未发现起始淋巴管和淋巴管。
The initial lymph vessels in the liver of the rabbit and rat were studied by means of enzyme and immuno histochemical staining, as well as inderect injection under light or electron microscopy. The aim of the present study was to determine the distribution and morphological feature of initial lymph vessels, and to obtain relative data that could be used provide the important information for the formation of lymph in the liver. The initial lymph vessels were found in the connective tissue in the larger portal regions,but there are no any lymph vessels in the intral obule. The minimum area (rabbit 3.9mm, rat 2.8mm) of portal region containing initial lymph vessels, and maximum diameter (rabbit 22.6 μm, rat 27.6μm), profile density (rabbit 2.9, rat 2.2 lymphatics per 1mm 2) volume density (rabbit 0.00098, rat 0.0014) and cross sectional area (rabbit 232.4μm,rat 268.8μm) of hepatic initial lymph vessels were determined by stereological measurement with a computerbased image analyzer. The detected rate of initial lymph vessels were 25.0% or so in the portal rogions. In the capusulae of the liver any lymph vessels were not found either in the rabbit or in the rat.
