镉对大鼠附睾的损伤及锌和维生素 E 的保护作用 被引量:7

摘要 用透射电镜结合脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量分析法,观察小剂量氯化镉(2mg/kg体重)腹腔内注射后10min至60d大鼠附睾头部的损伤改变及锌和维生素E(VE)的保护作用。结果表明:注射镉后30min,主细胞已出现超微结构改变;3~7d时主细胞和管周组织及毛细血管退变加重;15~30d时退变有所减轻;60d时主细胞有恢复趋势而管周组织增厚。镉注射后附睾管周组织内碱性磷酸酶(AlPase)反应产物明显减少。锌和VE对镉所致的形态损伤和酶活性下降有保护作用,且锌的效果优于VE。本实验还证实镉可使附睾LPO含量增高,VE能较好颉颃脂质过氧化作用。 The ultrastructural alterations of principal cells and alkaline phosphatase(AlPase) activity of the peritubular tissue as well as the levels of lipid peroxide in epididymal tissue were studied.The rats were divided into several groups at different interval from 10 minutes to 2 months after treatment with small dose of CdCl 2 (2mg/kg body weight).Meanwhile,the protective effects of zinc(Zn) and Vitamin E on cadmium(Cd) induced injury were observed.The results showed that the ultrastructural changes of principal cells were detected after 30 minutes.After 3 7 days,the degenerations of principal cells,peritubular tissue and capillaries became prominent.They appeared to be alleviated after 15 30 days,and tend to recovered after 60 days.AlPase reaction products of peritubular tissue were decreased prominently after Cd treatment.Zn and Vitamin E were able to prevent the injury of cell structure and the inhibition of AlPase activities from Cd.The action of Zn was greater than that of Vitamin E.In addition,this paper confirmed that Cd resulted in a high level of lipid peroxide in epididymides.Vitamin E could be obviously against lipid peroxidation from Cd.
