摘要
提出了四种基于一种新型整流变压器的12、18、24与48脉波的多重化整流系统拓扑结构,计算出满足上述脉波数时的移相角和绕组匝比;对四种整流系统的功率因数和特征谐波进行了分析计算;对比新型整流变压器与传统整流变压器计算容量表明,基于新型整流变压器的多重化整流系统的功率因数和特征谐波次数与传统方案基本相同,但新方案下的变压器计算容量比传统整流变压器计算容量要小,具有良好的经济效益,为新型整流变压器的推广应用提供科学依据。
Four multi-converter systems are proposed based on novel converter transformers,and when satisfying 12,18,24 and 48 pulses, the phase-shifting angle and turns ratios of the converter transformer are calculated, and also their power factors and characteristic harmonics are analyzed. Comparing the novel converter transformers' design capacity with the traditional, the results indicate that the power factor and characteristic harmonics are same with traditional scheme, but the design capacity of novel transformers is smaller than the traditional. The novel converter transformers has good economic, supplies scientific data for promotion application.
