摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者低密度脂蛋白(LowDensityLipoprotein,LDL)与其受体的特异结合。方法用荧光法测正常组(HbA1c,3.96%~5.30%)、糖尿病Ⅰ组(HbA1c<7.60%)和Ⅱ组(HbA1c>9.30%)的LDL糖化值,用酶联免疫受体法测上述三组的LDL与人胚肺成纤维细胞LDL受体的特异结合。结果对照组、糖尿病Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的LDL糖化值分别为18.2±21.87、32.15±5.23和68.53±8.96Glycogroups/LDL,而LDL受体特异结合分别为25.16±2.34、32.89±3.56和42.33±4.14mg/g细胞蛋白,糖尿病Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的LDL糖化值及LDL受体特异结合均高于对照组(P<0.01),Ⅱ组又高于Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者LDL糖化高于正常人,但其LDL受体特异结合较正常人低,且糖化程度越高则LDL受体结合下降越明显。
Objective To investigate the low density lipoprotein(LDL) binding to its receptors in diabetic patients. Methods The number of LDL glycation from control group(HbA 1c ,9.36% ̄5.30%).diabetic group Ⅰ(HbA 1c <7.60%) and Ⅱ (HbA 1c >9.30%) were measured using fluorimetry.The LDL binding to its receptors in three groups were measured using enzyme linked immunoreceptor assay. Results The number of LDL glycation in control group and diabetic group Ⅰ、Ⅱ are 18.22±1.87、32.15±5.34 and 68.53±8.96 Glycogroups/LDL,separately.The specific LDL binding to its receptors in control group and diabetic group Ⅰ、Ⅱ are 25.16±2.34、32.89±3.56 and 42.33±4.14 mg/G cell protein.The glycated number and specific receptor binding of LDL in diabetic groups are higher than that in control group,and diabetic group Ⅱ are higher than in diabetic group Ⅰ(P<0.01). [WT5”HZ]Conclusion The glycated number of LDL in diabetic patients are higher than in normal subjects but the specific LDL receptor binding in diabetic patients are lower than in normal subjects,the decrease of specific LDL binding in diabetic patients become more and more obvious with the increase of the number of LDL glycation.
