“二级导师制”推进中的机制运用与深化

Conception of Applying and Deepening the Mechanism in the Process of Pursuing "Two-level Teacher System"

摘要 在高等院校推行"二级导师制"绝非权宜之计,而是一项旨在不断提升人才培养质量的战略举措。通过建立长效、竞争、联结、激励机制,强化模式活力;通过加强教学团队建设、构筑科学的教师培养格局、明晰学科主攻方向、细化学生教育培养层次等途径不断加以改革创新、调整完善,深化"二级导师制"培养模式,进而取得实效。 Pursuing the two-level teacher system in institutions of higher learning is by no means a temporary expedient, but a strategic measure to enhance the quality of talent-training. By setting up a competitive, united and incentive mechanism with lasting effect, it aims at strengthening the vitality of/he mode. And by enforcing the faculty building, constructing a scientific teach- er-training pattern, clarifying the main direction of subject research and subdividing the levels of educating and training students, it strives for reform, innovation, adjustment and perfection so as to deepen the training mode of the two-level teacher system and achieve substantial results.
