培高利特与溴隐亭治疗高泌乳素血症的疗效比较

A COMPARISON OF THE EFFICACY OF PERGOLIDE AND BROMOCRIPTINE IN TREATMENT OF HYPERPROLACTINEMIA

为比较国产新药培高利特与进口药物溴隐亭治疗高泌乳素血症（ＨＰＲＬ）的疗效和安全性，对９０例ＨＰＲＬ患者进行了随访观察。其中４５例患者给予培高利特治疗，４５例患者给予溴隐亭治疗。用药后观察６个月，溴隐亭组与培高利特组在血清ＰＲＬ恢复正常、溢乳等自觉症状消失、月经恢复及垂体肿瘤缩小或消失方面无明显差别，而培高利特组不良反应发生率较低。结果表明培高利特为治疗ＨＰＲＬ疗效较好、副作用较小的药物。

In comparison of the efficacy of pergolide and bromocriptine in treatment of hyperprolactinemia,90 patients were equally divided to receive pergolide or bromocriptine for 6 months.Results showed that the number of patients with normalization of PRL level,disapperance of galactorrhea,resumption of menstuation,and pituitary tumor shrinkage are similar in both groups but with fewer side effects in pergolide group.These findings suggested that the domestic drug,pergolide,is as effective as imported drug,bromocriptine,in treatment of hyperprolactinemia.
