摘要
研究了温度、pH、时间以及碳源、氮源等因素对多不饱和脂肪酸产生菌A60细胞生长和产油脂的影响,确定了A60菌株摇瓶发酵培养基及其产生油脂的脂肪酸组分,其中花生四烯酸含量为10.04%,γ-亚麻酸含量为4.5%,二高γ-亚麻酸含量为6.27%。
Effects of culture conditions (incubation temperature, inital pH, culture time, carbon sources and nitrogen sources) on the production of biomass, lipid and polyunsaturated fatty acids by fungi strain A60 were studied. Under optimal culture conditions, 32. 0 g/L of dry cell weight and 8. 3 g/L of total lipids, which contained 10. 04 g/L of arachidonic acid, 4. 5 g/L of γ-linolenic acid, and 6. 27 g/L of dihomo-γ-linolenic acid, were obtained in the flask culture of the strain A60.
