摘要
建立了丹参药材的高效液相指纹图谱.研究了不同的预处理方法、流动相组成、最佳检测波长等操作因素对丹参指纹谱图的影响,并对4处不同产地的丹参药材的指纹图谱进行了比较.色谱条件:SinoChrom ODS-BP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长为270 nm;流动相为甲醇-0.002 mol/L四丁基溴化铵水溶液(体积比为6∶1);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温为室温.
The chromatographic fingerprint of Radix-salviae Miltiorrhizae was established by HPLC. We studied different sample pretreatment , detecting wavelength , mobile phase , and compared the fingerprint chromatograms of Radix-Salviae Miltiorrhizae from four different areas . The testing method involves a RP-C18 column , a mobile phase of methanol-0. 002 mol/L TBA solution( V/V = 6 : 1 ) and a UV-detector at 270 nm. The mobile phase flow speed was 1.0 mL/min.
