外语教师发展研究中的观念与实践 被引量:5

摘要 教师的观念和实践是教师教学过程的两个方面。实践是外显的,观念是内涵的,二者共同作用于教师的自身发展。深入探讨教师观念和教师实践之间的关系,将有助于我们加深对教师发展的认识,便于我们探寻教师发展更有效的模式与手段。
