宫颈癌组织中survivin基因表达的临床意义

The expression and significance of survivin gene in cervical cancer

目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中survivin基因表达的特征及其临床意义。方法:应用RT-PCR及免疫组化方法检测survivin基因在64例宫颈癌组织、17例不典型增生(CIN)及14例正常宫颈组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:RT-PCR显示宫颈癌组织中survivin基因的mRNA水平显著高于正常宫颈组织,并且随宫颈癌的病理分级增高而增高(P<0.05)。SP法显示宫颈癌组织中survivin基因的表达较正常组织及CIN均明显升高(P<0.05);且与宫颈癌的病理分级及临床分期有关。结论:survivin基因在宫颈癌中异常表达与宫颈癌的发生密切相关,可以作为反映宫颈癌恶性潜能的一项新指标。

Objective：To explore the characteristic of the expression of survivin gene in cervical cancer and study the clinical singnificance of survivin gene. Methods：Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and immunohistochemical SP method were used to determine the expression of survivin gene in 64 cervical cancer tissues, 17 CIN cervical tissues and 14 normal cervical tissues. The relationship between the expression and clinical pathology was analyzed. Results：The expression of survivin mRNA level had significant difference between normal cervical tissues and cervical cancer, and the expression of survivin had cor- relation with histological grades （P 〈 0.05）, The positive rate of survivin gene in cervical cancer was singnificantly higher than that in CIN and normal cervical tissues （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of survivin in cervical cancer was associated with clinical stage and tumor grade. Conclusion：The increasing positive expression of survivin gene might be closely related to the oneset of cervical cancer and could be a new diagnostic target in cervical cancer.
