摘要 Michelson干涉型光纤磁场传感器具有极高的灵敏度,因此相应的驱动、控制与检测电路必须具有高度稳定性。采用闭环反馈电路,可使系统从环境大噪声中提取出微弱的信号。研究并设计的闭环反馈电路系统具有非常好的稳定性,能探测到nT量级的微弱磁场,在1 Hz时整个系统只有10μV/Hz的低噪声特性。 Fiber-optic magnetic field sensor based on Michelson interferometer is of extremely high sensitivity. Accordingly high stability is required for the driving, control, and detection electronic circuits. By using closed-loop feedback circuit weak signal can be picked up from noisy background; The researched and designed closed-i0op feedback circuit offers very good stability,and can detect weak magnetic field around nano Tesla. The noise level at 1 Hz is less than 10μVλ/Hz^-.
