生物芯片技术是一种全新微量分析技术,目前已经成为研究的热点之一。综述了生物芯片技术的基本概念、生物芯片在肉品检测中的应用、探讨了生物芯片技术的优缺点,旨在为生物芯片技术的应用发展提供理论基础。
As a new micro - analysis technology, bioehip has become one of research hot spots. This article summarized basic concepts, application detection, the advantage and disadvantage of biochip technology applied in meat product in orde order to provide theoretical principle for the application of biochip technology.
