四川省苍溪河流域水污染分析及水环境保护措施

Water Contamination Analysis and Water Environment Protection Measures for the Cangxi River

随着工业化、农业化和城市化进程的发展,流域内水污染问题日渐严重,流域水污染防治已是一个热点。现以四川省苍溪河为研究对象,根据该流域的水流、水文、污染物等特征和相关的调查资料对该流域水质进行分析计算,结果表明:苍溪河现状水质污染问题已经非常突出,污染较为严重。根据水环境客量模型计算出各污染物的水环境容量、最大允许排放量以及达到控制目标需削减的污染物量。并根据该流域污染源的实际情况,针对工业污染源、农业面源和城镇生活污染源的不同特点提出具体的防治对策。

Along with the development of industrialization,agriculturalizations and urbanized advancement,Water pollution become increasingly serious in basin,so the prevention of water pollution in basin has became a hot problem.Presently take Cangxi. River in Leshan Sichuan provice as the researched object,according to the characteristics of water,hydrology,pollutant material and the correlated investigation,I analyse the water quality in the basin so as to carry on a calculation.The result indicates,the water pollution question in Cangxi River have already became extremely prominent,the pollution increasingly serious.According to the model of water environmental capacity,it can be caculated the water environmental capacity of various pollutants,the biggest permitted withdrawal and the pollutants which must be reduced in order to achieve the controlled goal.According to the actual situation of pollutted source in the basin and aimming to different characteristic of the pollutted source in industry,agricultural surface and cities life,the countermeasure about prevention can be effectively proposed.
