摘要
麦尔维尔的巨著《白鲸莫比-迪克》虽发表于1851年,但却令人惊讶地包含着20世纪英美文学所特有的强烈的现代主义特征。本文从题材和叙述手法着手,分析了它包含的现代主义特征。
It is surprising that Melville's masterpiece Moby-Dick published in 1851 contains strong modernistic elements that are characteristic of the 20th century literature.This paper analyzes these elements,especially its subject and narrative devices.
