摘要
目的:观察“中风脑得平冲剂”对SHR/SP大鼠出血性中风的治疗作用。方法:19只SHR/SP大鼠随机分为病理对照组(10只)和治疗组(9只);另取WKY大鼠(8只)为正常对照组。观察SHR/SP大鼠中风后的神经症状及分级、平均生存期、中风后存活期和病理形态学改变。结果:①12周龄前WKY大鼠与SHR/SP大鼠体重均渐上升,而12周龄后,WKY大鼠体重继续升高,而SHR/SP大鼠体重呈下降趋势。②高盐饮食后WKY大鼠血压略升高,而SHR/SP大鼠血压迅速上升,12周龄后平均动脉压达31.26kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),服药后仍维持高水平。③病理对照组大鼠均出现Ⅱ级以上中风症状。其中7只为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级中风症状;治疗组中除严重瘫痪者(1只)外,余8只神经症状均恢复较快。④平均生存期和中风后存活期治疗组均较病理对照组延长〔分别为(101.0±3.2)天比(91.0±4.3)天;(14.0±2.3)天比(6.0±1.7)天〕,P值分别>0.05,和<0.01。⑤脑系数、脑病理形态学,海马CA1区锥体细胞数等治疗组较病理对照组均明显改善。结论:“中风脑得平冲剂”治疗SHR/SP大鼠出血性中风确有良好治疗效果,其主要?
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of “zhong feng nao de ping chong ji” on hemorrhagic stroke in SHR/SP rat.Methods:19 SHR/SP rats were seperated randomly into pathologic control group (n=10) and treatment group (n=9).In addition,eight WKY rats as normal control group.Then,to observe the changes in neural symptoms,classfication,average survival period,survival time after stroke and pathologic morphology of SHR/SP rats.Results:①Before 12 months old,the body weight was increased both in WKY rats and SHR/SP rats,but after 12 months old,the body weight of WKY rats was increased continously,while it was tends to decline in SHR/SP rats.②After administration of richsalt diet,the blood pressure was elevated slightly in WKY rats,but it was elevated rapidly in SHR/SP rats and mean arterial pressure was increased up to 31 26 kPa over 12 months old.③The stroke symptom over grade Ⅱ was presented in pathologic control group rats and grade Ⅲ、Ⅳ in seven rats.In treatment group,the neural symptom improved rapidly except the severe paralytic cases.④The average survival period and survival time after stroke in treatment group were prolonged than that in pathologic control group(101 0±3 2 vs.91 0±4 3 days and 14 0±2 3 vs. 6 0±1 7 days,respectively, P >0 05 and <0 01).⑤ The cerebral coefficient,pathologic morphologic change and pyramid cell counts of hippocampus area in treatment group were improved obviously than that in pathologic control group.Conclusions:There were a better effect of “zhong feng nao de ping chong ji” in treating hemorrhagic stroke of SHR/SP rats.The chief effect consisted in improvement of blood sludging,activating blood circulation,promoting blood stream and elevating brain function.There fore,this study could be provides the experimental basis for treating hemorrhagic stroke with previous drug in clinical practice.
