关于微流体混和器发展的研究 被引量:1

摘要 简单介绍了微混和器,主要综述了基于MEMS的微流体混合器的种类、工作原理及国内外研究现状,探讨了不同的微混合器结构型式及其在微反应系统中的应用,列举了近年来研究微流体混合器的成果,展望了微混和器的发展前景,对了解微流体混合器的工作原理和应用有一定的参考意义。
