摘要
固态焊接加热过程中,受约束焊件的胀大变形不能进行而产生等效压缩变形,加热过程持续时间越长,累积的变形量也越大。本文以40Cr为研究对象,进行了加热时间对等效压缩变形影响的试验研究。结果表明:40Cr在AC1以上温度的等效压缩应变ε随加热时间t的延长而增大,其中在以焊件升温为主的加热过程初期,ε近似呈线形增大;在均温及保温初期,ε近似呈S曲线增大;此后随保温时间的延长ε增大甚微。
Constrainted specimen produces equivalent plastic compressive deformation(EPCD) in the heating process because specimen expansion is hindered when heated.The longer lasting time of heating process is,the bigger accumulative plastic compressive strain is.This paper studies the effect of heating time on EPCD of 40Cr steel on the basis of experiment.The result indicates that equivalent plastic compressive strain ε increases with heating time t prolonging when specimen temperature is higher than AC1.The ε approximately increases linearly with t in the initial stage of specimen heating.The ε approximately shows S shape in the process of specimen's temperature uniformity and the initial stage of hold temperature.After that,the ε rarely increases with the time of hold temperature prolonging.
