将红曲霉具有的产酶、产色素、产生理活性物质等诸多生理功能协调起来,结合雄蚕蛾、黑蚂蚁与药食兼用的中草药,采用压榨提取与发酵相结合的工艺,酿制出色泽红润、酒味醇厚、具有一定保健功能的高级饮品。
The study coordinate the physiological functions of red starter such as producing of enzyme, pigment and many other biological activity materials, taking the male silkworm moth, black ant and herbal medicine as materials, using the crafts of squeezing and fermentation, at last the healthy care liquor with red color, tasteful and lasting mellow is fermented.
