摘要
从农产品加工业发展对技术创新的必然要求出发,分析了技术创新在农产品加工业发展的作用,阐述了当前农产品加工业存在的问题与解决思路。
In the paper, the function of technology innovation to agricultural produce processing industry is introduced in detail starting from the fact that the development of produce processing industry relys on technology innovation, and then the existing problems and the corresponding strategies are pointed out as well.
