重复观测数据是医学研究中常见的数据形式。只有这种资料满足特定的假定条件，才能保证方差分析的有效性，否则，应该进行校正的一元方差分析。本文讨论了球对称系数的估计方法并对应用中的问题进行了分析。
Repeated measures data are common data in medical research.Special assumptions are required so that univariate analysis of variance is valid.If the data do not satisfy these assumptions,the adaptation of the univariate analysis of variance should be applied.Some methods to estimate index of sphericity are discussed,along with an example from the field of medicine.
