摘要 本文用双波长薄层扫描法分离测定胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄、日落黄和亮蓝五种人工合成食用色素。五种色素分离良好,斑点集中。扫描分析定性可靠、定量准确,方法简便快速,实用灵活,可用于食品中人工合成食用色素的检测。 A method for separating and determining five coloring agents of food,carmine,amaranth,tartrazine,sunset yellow and brilliant blue,was established.Five coloring agents of food on silica gel plate were developed with a mixture of acetic ester,butyl alcohol,ethyl alcohol,ammonia water and water(10:60:13:3:14) and separated completely,and then were qualitative and quantitative analyzed by double wavelength scanning.The operating conditions and the indexes of the method were also discussed.This method has been used to determine the coloring agents in beverages.
