激光大豆新品种德豆99-16的选育及其应用研究

摘要 德豆99-16是德州市农科院以美国高产黄沙大豆为亲本材料,利用He-Ne激光辐射诱变技术培育出的大豆新品种,2006年通过了国家农作物品种审定委员会的审定。利用品种稳定性参数和高稳系数法对德豆99-16的高产稳产性进行分析,结果表明:德豆99-16是高产、稳产、优质、多抗、适应性强的大豆新品种,又对德豆99-16增产原因进行了初步探讨,为其大面积推广奠定理论基础。 Dedou 99-16 was bred from mutant progeny of "Huangsha soybean" whose embryo was treated by He-Ne laser irradiation. The breeding work was finished by Dezhou academy of agriculture science. The variety was examined and approved by National Crop Variety Authorized Committee. The high and stable yields analyss of Dedou 99-16 were conducted by using methods of variety stability index and high-stable coefficient. The results showed that, Dedou 99-16 was a new soyhean variey with high-stable yield, good quality, multiple resistance and wide adaptability. The cause for increasing production of Dedou 99-16 was also studied in depth. Which established the theary base for the populaization.
