摘要 目的:了解椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血(TIA)的TCD表现。方法:用TCD检测76例TIA患者椎-基底动脉和颈内动脉系统各分支血管的平均血流速度(Vm)及脉动指数(PI)等有关血流动力学的数值。结果:76例中有69例(90.79%)TCD异常,主要为椎-基底动脉分支血流动力学异常;1个月TIA发作较频繁(≥3)的患者TCD的异常率明显高于发作较少(<3)的患者。结论:椎-基底动脉系统TIA的TCD检测结果与临床判断的符合率较高,TCD检查结果可作为评价椎-基底动脉系统分支血管的血流动力学情况的一项客观指标。 Objective: To study the clinical features of vertebrobasilar system transient ischemic attack ( TIA ). Method : The hemodynamics index , such as pulse index, the blood velocity of flow in side bramches and vertebrobisilar were detected on 76 cases with TIA. Result: 69 cases in 76 were abnormity in hemodynamics vertebrobasilar branches by TCD. In last month, The frequency of TIA was more than three times with higher abnormity of TCD result. Conclusion: It's Coincident in TCD detection in vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack, comparing with the clinical diagnosing. It's the main index to evaluate the hemodynamics of side branches of vertebrobasilar.
