摘要 目的:评价颧弓上缘入路,微型钛板行颧弓骨折坚强内固定的疗效。方法:采用颧弓上缘切口,微型钛板对26例单纯颧弓骨折患者进行复位内固定。结果:26例患者4例术后有轻度张口受限,2例伤口延迟愈合外,其余均开口度正常,面型对称,伤口甲级愈合。结论:以颧弓上缘切口入路,微型钛板行颧弓骨折坚强内固定,操作简便,效果良好,并发症少,是一种较好的颧弓骨折治疗方法。 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the rigid internal fixation of zygomatic arch fracture by the upper zygomatic arch incision with the mini - plate. Method: To assess the facial contour, degree of mouth opening, and X - ray that 26 cases of the zygomatic arch fractures were treated by rigid internal fixation. Result: The fractures were well reduced , the facial contour was normally recovered , 4 cases had mouth opening limited little and 2 incisions prolonged to heal up. Conclusion: The rigid internal fixation by the upper zygomatic arch incision with the mini - plate is an effective surgical approach to treat the zygomatic arch fracture.
