Development of Clay Mould Sand Quality Control Software Based on C/S Model

为了构建型砂性能与铸件缺陷之间的关系,用以及时提供铸件预测信息,提出了一种基于C/S结构的型砂质量管理系统软件。叙述系统的结构,并利用SPSS软件建立了型砂性能与铸件缺陷之间的回归方程。实践验证表明:该系统能较好地反映实际铸件缺陷与型砂性能的关系,可预告型砂性能可能对铸件造成的缺陷,并能在一定范围内预测可能出现的铸件缺陷率。

In order to establish the relationship between iron casting defects and clay mould sand properties used to provide in time forecast information of casting quality, a mould sand quality control system software based on C/S model was proposed. The construction of the system was described, and the SPSS （Statistical Package for the Social Science）was used to establish the relationship regression equations between casting defects and mould sand properties. The practical application showed that the software could truly reflect the relationship between mould sand properties and casting defects, and could be used to forecast the casting defects caused by faulty mould sand properties, and, in certain range, could forecast the defect casting ratio.
