摘要 利用机器视觉开发平台IMAQ Vision,设计了数字式全景钻孔摄像系统的图像处理方案和程序,提取了全景图像中反映矿井所在处地质状况的内环轮廓,并对其大小和形状进行了分析,给出了计算结果,由此直接判定钻孔内壁状况。最后利用Matlab对本算法进行了校验,二者结果吻合。采用IMAQ Vision,不但具有开发周期短、结构灵活、成本低和易于扩展等优点,而且改变了传统的将全景图像还原成平面展开图的思路,为钻孔勘探图像的处理提出了一种新方法。 An image processing program was designed for digital panoramic borehole photograph system by using Machine Vision Development software, IMAQ Vision. The contour line of the annularity in the panoramic image was extracted successfully which described the geological characteristics of the borehole wall. After analyzing the size and the shape of the contour, calculated results were obtained for evaluating the borehole status. The program was verified with Matlab. It showed that adopting IMAQ Vision can not only shorten the period time for developing and increase the application flexibility and lower the cost, but also transform a panoramic image to an expanding plan. it propose a new method for processing borehole prospecting image.
