摘要
使用成组技术,以型材截面图形为主特征对型材进行分类,在此分类基础上,建立了适用的挤压铝型材柔性分类编码系统,并应用于挤压模CAD图形数据库,实现了对现有产品图纸的集中管理和快速的检索,提高了工作效率。
A classification of extrusion aluminum-type materials is made with the section figure as main character by adopting Group Technology. Based on the classification, an applicable code system for flexibility classification of extruded aluminum is established and used in extrusion die graphics database and CAD system, realizing the centralized management and quick retrieve of existing product drawings and improving the work efficiency.
