摘要
采用电液相似原理建立了液压马达系统的数学模型,应用MATLAB动态仿真工具Simulink软件包对液压马达的动态特性进行仿真分析,研究了摩擦扭矩、泄漏量、油液压缩性等因素对液压马达的低速稳定性的影响,并提出了改善液压马达低速稳定性的措施。
The mathematic model of hydraulic motor was established based on the similar principle of electric fluid. A simulation analysis was made for dynamic characteristics of hydraulic motor with Simulink software package of MATLAB dynamic simulation tool. The effect of friction torque, leakage and compressibility of oil and liquid on low-speed stability of hydraulic motor was studied. Some measures are proposed to improve the low-speed stability of hydraulic motor.
