摘要
提出了一种基于TL494的音频开关功率放大器设计方法,这种放大器采用通用的PWM(脉宽调制)发生器芯片TL494,后级功率驱动采用独特的MOSFET互补方式,输出部分用2个电容器采用半桥式接法,可工作在24 V^60 V电压范围,具有电路简单、工作稳定、性能价格比高等特点,广泛用在频响要求低于10 kHz的工业用报警器产品中,提高了产品的竞争力。
The paper presents a design method of the power switching amplifier based on TL494. The amplifier adopts general PWM generator chip TL494, its backward stage power driving uses a unique way of MOSFET complementarity, and its output uses two condensers to build up a half-bridge circuit. The amplifier can work in the voltage range of 24 V to 60 V, with the characteristic of the circuit simpleness, steady working state and high cost performance. Thus, it can be widely applied to the industrial annunciator which requires less than 10 kHz frequency response and can enhance the competitive power of the products.
