供应链管理是企业供应网络的关键,通过对材料供应和生产供应的中心管理,可减少材料成本以满足消费者的需要。讨论了供应链管理思想的来源,供应链管理的目的,编制了供应链管理的几个流程,分析了供应链管理与物料控制及储运管理的差别、供应链的分类、供应链管理的基本特点以及实施供应管理的意义。

Supplying chain management is considered as the joint of supplying network by every company, through the central management of material supplying and manufacture supplying , so as to reduce the cost of material and meet the various requirements of customers . This thesis discuss the more useful resources and new developing way the company achieved by the management of supplying chain . This thesis also discuss the origin, the purpose , the sort and the basic characters of supplying chain management.
