摘要
分析了18种减压渣油的物理化学性质,对这些渣油进行了焦化反应实验。实验结果表明,随着渣油密度、运动黏度、残炭值、灰分、金属(特别是镍和钒)含量、相对分子质量、总碳数、芳碳率的增大,或氢碳比的减小,焦炭收率、气体收率都呈递增趋势。其中残炭值与焦炭收率有较好的线性关系,焦炭收率约为残炭值的1.5倍;芳碳率、密度、氢碳比等影响次之。减压渣油中镍、钒含量对焦炭收率、气体收率的增加有明显的促进作用。
The impact of properties of 18 different vacuum residues on the coke product yields distribution in coking reaction was investigated. The test results showed that the coke and gas yields were increased with increase of density, kinematic, viscosity, ash, carbon residue, metals (especially Ni and V), relative molecular weight, total carbon number and aromatic-carbon percentage and decrease of C/H mol ratio. Whereas, there was a good linear relationship between carbon residue and coke yield with a 1 : 1.5 ratio. But the effect of the aromatic-carbon percentage, density and C/H on coke and gas yield was moderate. In addition, coke and gas yields were significantly promoted by the higher nickel and vanadium in residue.
