摘要 现代远程开放教育条件下素质教育的实施已经成为学术界公认的必有环节,而现代远程开放教育自身的特征导致素质教育的实施存在着诸多困难,因此,不断创新素质教育的实践方式势在必行,本文选择最贴近广大学员的工作岗位为对象,目的在于能够将素质教育从理念、口号落实到学员的工作实践中,切实有效地有岗位素质教育延展到全面素质教育,此举的真正落实还需要学校、单位、学员本人甚至是整个社会的共同努力。 Quality education has been regarded as a necessity within modern open distance education system. However, there exist problems in its performing, caused by its specific characteristics. Therefore, incessant new creative models need to be put into practice. closely targeting at the learner's working post, this paper probes into carrying out the concept or slogan of quality education into learners' work, and then effectively extend post quality education to overall quality education. But its accomplishment needs the coefforts of the university, the working unit, each individual learner, and even that of the whole society.
