摘要 近年来,ICSI对男性不育的治疗取得了极大的成功。然而,精子的遗传学异常所带来的遗传风险引起了较大的关注。在这些不育症患者中,大部分的少弱精子症患者和部分无精子症患者选择了ICSI,所以对患少弱精子症和无精子症的男性不育夫妇进行遗传学咨询与筛查,对防止这种基因缺陷的遗传具有重要意义。本综述就不育男性的遗传学缺陷发生率进行了分析。 Recently, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) has been extremely successful in the treatment of male infertility. How-ever, the consequent transmission of sperm cytogenetic defects and genetic defects to the offspring has aroused considerable concern. Among infertile men, those with severe spermatogenic defects, including uligozoospermia and asoospermia, are mostly the subjects for ICSI. Therefore it is very important to obtain cytogenetic and chromosomal information on these infertile patients and prevent the inheritance of these genetic defects. This review offers an analysis on the genetic defects among infertile men.
