摘要
目的探讨DSA、MSCTA及MRA三种检测方法在人体椎动脉标本测量中的临床应用价值。方法对11具新鲜椎动脉标本20支椎动脉进行DSA、MSCTA和MRA影像学检测。结果20支椎动脉平均直径的DSA测值为3.16±0.59mm,MSCTA测值为为3.09±0.63mm,MRA测值为3.10±0.58mm,三者的平均直径测值无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论DSA、MSCTA及MRA三者均可运用于临床的椎动脉测量。
Objective To study the clinical value of DSA,MSCTA and MRA in measurement of vertebral artery(VA)of human fresh samples. Methods The diameter of 20 pieces VA of 11 fresh samples,9 of man,2 of woman,19 to 35 years old,were measured using DSA,MSCTA and MRA. Results The average diameter of the method of DSA,MSCTA and MRA was3.16±0.59mm,3.09± 0.63mm and 3.10±0.58mm respectively. There was no significant variance in the same segment of each piece of VA and the value and the tendency of the DA in our research. There was no significant variance of 3 methods (P〉0.05). Conclusion DSA,MSCTA and MRA can been used to measure the diameter of VA.
