一期后路内固定前路病灶清除植骨融合治疗下腰椎结核 被引量:8

摘要 目前结核病在全球范围内呈上升趋势。据世界卫生组织统计,全球每年新发病例约800万例。脊柱结核是肺外结核的常见部位,居全身骨关节结核的首位,占50%左右。脊柱结核的外科治疗也从单纯脓肿引流、病灶清除,逐渐发展到植骨融合以及内固定应用,其中脊柱稳定性在脊柱结核治疗中的重要意义得到充分的认识闼。但目前对于手术策略、内固定的选择等问题尚有一定争议。笔者回顾性分析了本科2000年1月-2006年9月期间接受后路内固定、前路病灶清除植骨融合的26例下腰椎结核患者的资料,远期疗效满意。
