摘要 目的探讨白介素-22蛋白对恶性黑色素瘤细胞生长的影响。方法通过基因转染技术,分析白介素-22蛋白对恶性黑色素瘤细胞生长的影响。结果在培养第3天的A375细胞中IL-22蛋白促进恶性黑色素瘤细胞生长,这种促进作用呈现一种浓度依赖关系。结论白介素-22蛋白促进恶性黑色素瘤细胞生长。 Objective To investigate the influence of IL-22 protein on human melanoma cell growth. Methods Using IL- 22 supernatant as medium pour in A375 cell, after gene transfection, cell growth was measured by Alamarblue analysis. Results IL-22 promoted cell growth in a dose dependent manner at 72 h. Conclusion Interleukin-22 protein promotes human melanoma cell growth.
