窄谱UVB联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical efficacy of a combination of narrow-band ultraviolet B with acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的:评价窄谱UVB(NB-UVB)联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:132例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用BL801型NB-UVB光疗仪进行照射,同时静脉滴注阿昔洛韦治疗。对照组仅给予静脉滴注阿昔洛韦。结果:治疗组止疱、结痂、止痛、有效、显效及痊愈时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗第7d,治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为74.2%和27.3%;有效率分别为89.4%和63.6%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:窄谱UVB联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹起效快、疗效高、安全性好。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combined therapy of narrow- band ultraviolet B and acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： One htmdred and thirty - two patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in test group were treated with a combination of narrow- band ultraviolet B with acyclovir, and the control group was treated with acyclovir alone. Results： The cure rate was 74.2% and 27.3% in the test group and the control group, respectively. The response rate was 89.4% and 63.6% in the two groups, respectively, with significant differences （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： Combined therapy of narrow- band ultraviolet B with acyclovir is optimal choice for the treatment of herpes zoster. It is effective and safe.
