Ecological control for infectious diseases

摘要 众所周知,人类的一些社会、经济行为可能已经破坏了原有的自然生态平衡,导致野生动物的病原体传播至人类。同时,人类对家畜、家禽生产的科学管理也可能做到对禽流感、SARS和其他动物疫源性传染病的生态预防。我们倡导在三级预防的基础上开展“零级预防”来防治动物疫源性传染病,即通过以政府为主体,多部门参与,通过制订法规、政策的生态治本措施来实现。 It's well known that human social-economic activities could destroy natural ecological balance and cause disease transmission from animal to human-being. But also scientific management on livestock and poultry production can ecologically prevent epidemic of avian influenza, SAILS and other zoonosis. Therefore, on the basis of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention, the "zeroth prevention" is advocated by means of government leadership, muitisection involvement and protection of ecological environment by law and policy.
