摘要
CD4^+辅助性T细胞在免疫应答和炎症疾病中发挥着十分重要的作用,传统上人们将其分为Th1型和Th2型。Th1型通常介导细胞免疫,Th2型通常介导体液免疫。最近,人们发现存在一种新的CD4^+辅助性T细胞亚群——Th17细胞。该细胞以特异性产生IL-17,而不产生IFN-γ和IL-4为特征,有着与Th1、Th2细胞完全不同的分化和调节机制。据研究发现,Th17细胞在自身免疫性疾病、移植和感染等疾病中发挥重要作用。此文就Th17细胞分化,调控及生物学功能的研究进展进行综述。
CD4^+ helper T (Th) cell plays a vital role during the process of immune responses, especially for the infectious diseases. Thl cell and Th2 cell are two main subpopulation of Th cell, and Thl cell usually mediates cellular immunity while Th2 cell mediates humoral immunity. Th17 cell is the new type of CD4^+ Th cell that can produce IL-17 specifically, which has distinct mechanism of differentiation and immunologic regulation. Unlike Thl or Th2 cell, Th17 cell can not produce IL-4 and IFN-gamma, whereas Th17 cell takes an important role in the genesis and development of autoimmune diseases, transplantation and infectious diseases. This review will focus on the last advances of study upon the cell differentiation, immunologic regulation and biological function of Th17 cell.
